VISIT PROCESS
What happens during a scheduled visit?
- Use the agreed Home Watch checklist on a weekly schedule.
- Pay closer attention to visible changes in leak-risk areas, HVAC conditions, exterior access points, and waterfront structures when included.
- Record observations with photos and notes so changes can be compared week to week.
- Notify the owner sooner when a visible issue appears to require a vendor, licensed professional, or other approved next step.

The client receives a photo report after each scheduled visit. The weekly cadence supports faster notification when something visible changes, but it does not promise active monitoring or emergency response between visits.
