Does weekly Home Watch Plus include active monitoring?
No. It increases the frequency of scheduled visits and reporting. It does not provide continuous occupancy, alarm monitoring, or guaranteed emergency response.
HOME WATCH PLUS
Home Watch Plus adds weekly full visits, faster issue reporting, and limited coordination support for owners who want a higher-touch plan.
WEEKLY PLAN
Home Watch Plus is the weekly version of Home Watch for owners who want more frequent oversight and faster notification when something looks wrong.
It works especially well for waterfront homes, coastal properties, older houses, larger homes, and owners who are gone for longer stretches.
Limited vendor access coordination, limited package or mail pickup, and arrival or departure checklist support can be folded into scheduled visits when arranged in advance.
Home Watch Plus is $299/month with weekly full visits.
WHO IT'S FOR
Home Watch Plus is for owners who want a weekly rhythm for waterfront, coastal, older, larger, or otherwise higher-concern properties. It also fits owners who will be away longer and want observations reported with less time between scheduled visits.
VISIT PROCESS
REPORTING
The client receives a photo report after each scheduled visit. The weekly cadence supports faster notification when something visible changes, but it does not promise active monitoring or emergency response between visits.
OUTSIDE THE SCOPE
Home Watch Plus does not become security monitoring, emergency response, property management, general contracting, or continuous occupancy. Limited vendor access, package pickup, or arrival/departure checklist work must be agreed in advance and stays within the documented scope.
