Home Watch Disclaimer
Mobile Bay Home Watch provides visual property checks and owner reporting. We are not a licensed home inspection company, engineering firm, roofing contractor, mold inspector, pest inspector, plumber, electrician, or marine surveyor. If a concern is observed, we can notify the owner and help coordinate with an appropriate licensed professional.
Baseline Walkthrough Disclaimer
The baseline walkthrough and routine visit reports are visual condition records used for home watch service. They are not licensed home inspections, roof inspections, pest inspections, mold inspections, engineering reports, or code compliance reviews.
Storm Disclaimer
Storm services are performed when roads, weather, and property conditions allow safe access.
Leak Sensor Disclaimer
Leak sensors may depend on power, Wi-Fi, batteries, vendor cloud services, and owner account settings. We provide owner notification and coordination support, not active monitoring or guaranteed response.
