Visits cover siding and trim, windows and doors from outside, the roofline from ground level, drainage and standing water, gutters and downspouts, the yard, driveways and walkways, fences and gates, and accessible outdoor structures.
It is a visual property watch service, not a licensed home inspection.

VISIT PROCESS
What happens during a scheduled visit?
- Arrive on the agreed schedule and document the visible exterior condition.
- Check accessible doors, windows, gates, drainage, grounds, and outdoor structures from ground level.
- Photograph observations that appear different, damaged, or worth following up.
- Notify the owner with a concise report and recommended next step when something needs attention.

Each visit produces a basic photo report with observations from the exterior route. The report is designed to give an absentee owner a dated record of what was seen, not a diagnosis or guarantee that hidden conditions are clear.
OUTSIDE THE SCOPE
Clear boundaries protect the service.
Exterior Watch does not include interior access, roof climbing, repairs, emergency response, security monitoring, or a formal inspection. It does not replace a licensed roofer, contractor, pest professional, or other specialist.
