Not a home inspection
A Home Watch visit documents visible conditions on a schedule; it does not test, diagnose, rate, or certify a property like a licensed inspection or specialist assessment.
HOME WATCH
The standard Home Watch plan includes regular exterior and interior visual inspections, leak-risk checks, and a detailed photo report after each visit.
ANSWER FIRST
A scheduled visit follows an owner-approved checklist, records visible observations, and sends a report afterward. The purpose is to give absentee, seasonal, vacation-home, and second-home owners a local record of what was seen between their visits.
Home Watch is not a formal inspection, house sitting, security monitoring, emergency service, or property management service. It is scheduled observation, documentation, and notification when something visible appears to need attention.
WHO IT'S FOR
Home Watch is for absentee homeowners, seasonal residents, vacation-home owners, and people who spend long periods away from a second home. It gives owners a scheduled local check of visible interior and exterior conditions without presenting the service as an inspection, security system, or property-management substitute.
VISIT PROCESS
REPORTING
After each visit, the client receives a detailed photo report with the visit record, observations, and recommended follow-up when something visible needs attention. The report creates a useful comparison point for later scheduled visits.
OUTSIDE THE SCOPE
Home Watch is not a formal home inspection, diagnostic service, emergency service, security-monitoring service, or property-management service. It does not include repairs, concealed-condition testing, emergency response, guest support, or a guarantee that no problem exists between visits.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Home Watch is a scheduled visual-check and reporting service. It is not live-in care, housekeeping, pet care, mail management, or a promise that someone is present at the property continuously.
Home Watch documents visible property conditions during scheduled visits. It is not an alarm system, guard service, active surveillance service, or emergency-response service.
The standard plan is structured around two full visits per month, while Home Watch Plus uses weekly full visits. The suitable cadence depends on vacancy length, season, property conditions, and the owner’s preferred level of oversight.
