Exterior Watch is outside-only. Home Watch includes both exterior and interior visual inspections, visible leak-risk checks, HVAC and thermostat review, and a more detailed photo report.
Home Watch Plus is the weekly option for owners who want more consistent oversight, faster reporting, limited vendor access coordination, and post-storm priority when conditions are safe.
Yes. If we see something that appears to need attention, we document it, notify the owner, and can help coordinate the next step with an approved vendor or licensed professional.
Yes, as an add-on. We place 3 to 5 labeled sensors in high-risk areas, help with app setup, test them, document placement, and check sensor status during scheduled Home Watch visits.
Any subscription required by the device provider is paid directly by the owner. Our fee covers local setup, labeling, testing, documentation, scheduled visit checks, and owner notification and coordination support.
Key handling is handled through a written service agreement and owner-approved key or lockbox process. We document access expectations before service begins.

Yes. Contractor Coordination is available at $65/hour with a 1-hour minimum.
